JAM Holdings was started by Kimani Jefferson and Steve Abts after a failed attempt at living the “square” life. Corporate life was stifling. The cubicled, hyper-process oriented culture smothers creativity.
A book by Dr. Seuss called On Beyond Zebra was a catalyst for our break:
Like QUAN is for Quandary, who lives on a shelf
In a hole in the ocean alone by himself
And he worries, each day, from the dawn’s early light
And he worries, just worries, far into the night.
He just stands there and worries. He simply can’t stop…
Is his top-side his bottom? Or bottom-side top?
JAM Holdings is an experiment attempting to answer that last question, getting rid of undue worry, and attending to our dreams.
We have a fun set of business partners and our creations, JAM Holdings (the umbrella company for JAM Technologies dot Com and JAM Logistics) and Vincita Trading, have great futures. We network with interesting people , stay abreast of issues important to us, and dote on our close friends. We attempt to enrich their lives. We attempt to help our families, team, associates, partners, and clients realize their dreams; in turn, we get to realize ours.
